Student Agreement
1) School fees must be paid strictly in advance for the forthcoming full term
2) You will be advised of the fee due date by your teacher and this is normally the first lesson of the new. Failure to pay in full by the required date may result in your child losing their place.
3) If a student is absent for more than 2 lessons in a term without prior agreement, their place may be given to another student.
4) Students will behave in a responsible manner at all times
5) Students and parents will follow the school rules, including published COVID precautions at all times.
6) All school fees are non refundable
7) All student participate at their own risk. The school will not be liable for any lost or stolen property, costs, injury or other claim.
8) By participating in ballet classes you agree to the above terms and conditions and certify that the student is in good health and able to participate in vigorous physical activities associated with ballet, including dancing, jumping and stretching.
9) GDPR: Cygnets Ballet will process the above personal information for the purpose of membership management. You may request that this information is destroyed at anytime by emailing info@cygnetsballet.co.uk
