Cygnets Ballet is a small and friendly dance school which strives to provide a thoroughly enjoyable experience of dance for students of all ages and abilities. Whether you are just starting out in ballet or perfecting your technique we have the right ballet classes to suit your needs including group dance classes from ages 5 years and upwards, adult ballet, and private ballet lessons. For young children our Baby Ballet classes provide a gentle introduction by learning through play. Many students chose to study the NATD ‘Russian style’ ballet syllabus through which Cygnets is proud to have achieved a 100% pass rate at grades of Merit & Distinction.

Studio Principal Nataliya Lebedyeva brings over 30 years of experience from Ukrainian ballet, using the Vaganova style of teaching to achieve perfect technique.

Weekly dance classes run from our Bury St Edmunds and Stansted dance studio, with private ballet and dance tuition also available in Great Dunmow, Essex. Special performances and workshops are available during school holidays. 

For fun and fitness many people enjoy our popular adult ballet classes which run every Saturday afternoon at Bury St Edmunds. 

We have been providing quality dance instruction in the Suffolk & Essex area for 10 years and all of our teachers are CRB checked, NATD qualified, and have public liability insurance.
